On December 19th, 2008 Pegasus Imaging acquired AccuSoft's imaging business including the ImageGear and NetVue product lines. AccuSoft's powerful imaging products added significantly to Pegasus Imaging's wide portfolio of imaging solutions. Its talented employees increased the depth of our software engineering team.

Three weeks after the Accusoft acquisition was complete, Pegasus Imaging announced the acquisition of Tasman Software (Leeds, United Kingdom) and substantially all assets including its barcode software development kit (SDK) business. On January 9th, 2009, Pegasus Imaging added Tasman?s Java and Java ME mobile barcode technology to its suite of document imaging products.

The new name and brand of Accusoft Pegasus was launched in March of 2009. The new name and fresh modern image better reflect who we are today. Built on a foundation of good people, great technology, and solid business decisions, Accusoft Pegasus is solving today?s imaging challenges.
