Active Query Builder gives you full control over the SQL query - you can easily navigate it using the internal query builder objects tree that represents all parts of the SQL query. You can edit existing queries or even create new SQL queries in run-time.

Active Query Builder supports Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server, MS Access, MySQL, PostgreSQL, Informix, Sybase, Interbase, Firebird, and other SQL dialects. There are two editions available: the Standard Edition and the Free Edition. The Free Edition is fully functional, but supports only the ANSI-92 SQL dialect.

The latest version of our component allows you to substitute the user-friendly aliases for unintelligible names of your DB tables and fields. Though, your end-users can still build SQL scripts by hand: all the aliases used in query text will be automatically replaced with the real names in the resultant query.
