How to set up:

- Click "Download" and get the Add-In for free
- Extract the Add-In (AddressDoctor.xla) into a directory of your choice
- Start Excel
- Select Add-Ins… in the Tools… menu
- Click Browse...
- Locate and select the file AddressDoctor.xla (Depending on your Explorer settings the file extension .xla might not be visible
- Depending the security settings click "Activate macros"
- Create a user account
- Process your data
