csIniFile
A System/Technical Control/Component for ActiveX
A component to read, write and create Windows INI files. An ideal way of storing application data and passing it between pages and between users. Includes some file utilities.

INI files were an important feature in Windows 3.1, before the arrival of the system registry. Some programmers still use them out of choice for storing application settings. The csIniFile component provides a quick and easy interface to access INI files from an ASP script. Simply set the FileName property and then you can read or write key values as required.
There are many ways of storing application data, including raw text files, session variables, application variables and databases. They all have advantages and disadvantages. With csIniFile, you can add INI files to your toolkit as well.
