The fully customisable 2D vector based rendering engine supports advanced graphical features such as semi-transparency, color gradients, shadows and anti-aliasing. Users can move and scale objects interactively and use in-place text editing.

The component contains a customisable layout engine to automatically arrange model nodes in linear, radial or flowchart arrangements and contains special FlowChart, FlowShape and FlowLine subclasses to enable the rapid development of attractive and functional FlowChart applications.
