An Image Processing Control/Component for .Net, ActiveX, ASP.Net, C/C++, Java
The 3-Heights™ Image to PDF Converter converts images (TIFF, JPEG etc.) into PDF documents. Different versions of PDF, including PDF/A, can be selected for the output file.
The tool can also convert image files into image files of a different format, and split and merge multi-page files.
Supported image file types include TIFF, JPEG, JPEG2000, JBIG2, PNG, GIF, PBM and BMP

The 3-Heights™ Image to PDF Converter not only converts images into PDF format, it can also convert all standard image formats into other image formats.
Options offered with converting image files to PDF include:
- Convert image files to PDF/A compliant files
- Convert single and multi-page image files
- Automatic image compression based on the image type
- Define page width and height
- Center images
- Scale the image to fit the page size
- Define a border size for the page
- Set the resolution in DPI's
- Automatically adjust page size to image size
- Specify output document protection
Several options are offered when converting image files from one image type to another (TIFF to JPEG, CCITT4 to JBIG2 etc.) including:
- Split files e.g. convert multi-page TIFFs to single-page TIFFs
- Merge files e.g. convert single-page TIFFs to a multi-page TIFFs
- Change the compression method for TIFF images
- Specify the compression quality for JPEG images
The 3-Heights™ Image to PDF Converter API can be used via COM API to support VB, .NET, Delphi, C, etc. applications. There is also an interface available for Java and C. The 3-Heights™ Image to PDF Converter Shell can be run from the command line.
