For example, an administrator may be interested in identifying scheduled reports that have failed within the last 24 hours regardless of report group and may then wish to delete or reschedule some or all of them. An administrator may wish to print a group of reports simultaneously, once again regardless of report group.
Select report instances by wildcard folder/report name, processing status, date range, within the last minute, hour, day, week, 30 days, etc. Select multiple report instances simultaneously and apply bulk actions such as delete, stop, print, reschedule, copy to folder, etc. Select a specific instance and apply actions such as view, properties, etc.
Report instance archiving - create multiple archive definitions that can then be scheduled to copy and rename report instances based on age, folder, etc.
