We are a small development team specialized in building enterprise applications. We have been developing database applications using Microsoft technologies (COM and .NET) and J2EE for Romanian and foreign clients since 1999. Our clients include the Romanian Independent Shareholder Registry REGISCO, Bucharest Stock Exchange, RASDAQ (Romanian Securities Market), WEBO Romania, and ECDL (European Computer Driving License) Romania.

Intelliblocks was founded in an effort to share our expertise with other developers by providing reliable components for enterprise applications. Our reusable building blocks are the result of many man-hours of development and are thoroughly tested in our internal applications before publishing. The main goals in the development of our products are:

- reliability: all the components should be error-free and provide the best performance and scalability possible
- ease of use: the components should be easy to use and integrate in many applications
- efficiency: the cost of integrating components into applications must be well beyond the cost of internally developing the same functionality

In order to help our clients we license our products in the most straightforward manner possible. Each component is licensed per developer and no royalties or end user run-time fees are charged. For larger organizations we offer enterprise licenses (one fee for the entire organization). To ensure our clients have the most recent version of our products we offer subscription options for all types of licenses.

The source code for our products is available for enterprise clients. This ensures the life of your applications, provides maximum code flexibility, can be a great learning and debugging tool and enables you to extend our products for your own purposes.
