A Report Scheduling/Distribution Add-In for
Object Manager for BusinessObjects XI or Crystal Enterprise allows authorized users new levels of report control and management. Object Manager now provides the ability for:
• bulk rpt file data-source changes
• bulk changes of saved database user name/password for reports in Crystal Enterprise
• bulk rpt file promotion from development -> qa -> production
• promoting your own doc, xls, rtf, txt or pdf files into Crystal Enterprise
• ‘refresh’ groups of Crystal Enterprise report objects

Object Manager supports powerful bulk actions:
• promote objects from an external folder with database changes
• bulk assign/deassign of processing extensions to multiple reports
• bulk assign/deassign security rights to groups of users/user groups
• promote objects from one environment to another with database changes
• copy objects to an external folder
• export object properties
• delete objects
Object Manager also supports:
• changes to a number of rpt report object data connectivity elements within the rpt file itself, such as server name and database name.
• changes to a number of key Crystal Enterprise report object data connectivity elements, such as making bulk changes of saved database user name and password for reports in Crystal Enterprise.
Now you can promote and/or make sweeping data connectivity changes to groups of reports at a mouse click!
