With PDFKit.NET you can:

PDFKit.NET is a 100% managed .NET component for manipulating PDF documents and forms on the fly. This component is typically deployed as part of an ASP.NET application, however, it is just as well possible to integrate PDFKit.NET in a desktop application. Central to PDF.NET is a highly intuitive object model consisting of classes like Pages, Page, Overlay, Underlay, Shapes and Fields.

Note regarding TallAppend.NET, TallStamp.NET, TallSecurity.NET and TallForms.NET:
PDFKit.NET 1.0 replaces the components TallAppend.NET, TallStamp.NET, TallSecurity.NET and TallForms.NET. PDFKit.NET is fully backwards compatible with all products except with TallForms.NET. All field members are now read-only and the Save method has been removed. Due to inconsistent behavior of Acrobat Reader with respect to displaying form fields (which changes from version to version) we have decided to change our approach. Previously we manipulated the form fields themselves. Now we take the fields out (referred to as flattening) and allow the programmer to stamp content at the original field locations using the shape mechanism that was part of TallStamp.NET and is now part of PDFKit.NET.
