Richer Components is a developer of software components and controls for Winform and ASP.Net platforms. Its first product RichTextBox™ has been highly acclaimed by Microsoft and by the ASP.Net developer community as well as major 'blue chip' corporations. Richer Components clients include; AT&T, Dell, Electronic Arts, and Ford Motor Company among many others!
Richer Components was founded to take advantage of emerging technologies in software engineering and combine them with the core principles of component based software design. Richer’s core principles are focused around quality products and solid customer support. Our goal in this is to provide the customer with the best experience both with our controls as well as their interaction with us.
Richer has grown steadily over the past several years to become a powerful force in the components industry. Recently, Richer has begun expansion through the acquisition of smaller component companies. Asp.net control providers Visualasp as well as Panelbar were purchased and their products integrated in 2006. This year we have added the strategic merger of the highly acclaimed Windows Forms software company, Glacial Components. We are continuing to look at expansion possibilities as we grow our business.
Richer Components has a management team committed to success and growth. At the helm is Allen Anderson who was brought on through the acquisition of GCS and is a veteran of the controls and components industry. Managing many aspects of the business is JC Tibbitts, an expert in finance and business management who helps guide our management, sales and marketing efforts.
Component based technologies help increase business ROI dramatically. Companies that would spend 6 months to a year developing a control can purchase that same control from RC for less than it would cost to pay a developer for a week in most cases. RC’s straightforward licensing terms also allow easy deployment and use of these controls creating a quick Time To Market average.
We strive to bring a user friendly style to all of our offerings so that you spend less time integrating. We also offer some of the longest free technical support on our products (1 year) so that if any problems come up, they can be quickly solved. In addition to providing software and components, we also provide extensive consulting services. We specialize in systems and architecture based around the .net framework as well as its interaction with legacy systems.
