SQL Doc is a stand-alone documentation tool which makes it simple to document your SQL 2000 and 2005 databases in an easy-to-read output. It is a highly customizable tool and enables the user to document their database in exactly the way that they require, with the minimum of
effort, while retaining any precise formatting or selection needs.

This is useful, for example, to provide an overview for database administrators and developers who are unfamiliar with your database schemas, or to produce detailed reports for your customers.
With SQL Doc, you can select objects from more than one database on a SQL Server instance and then preview the documentation. You can edit extended properties to store descriptions in your databases. For each object, SQL Doc provides the creation SQL and identifies dependencies.
You can use SQL Doc to document SQL Server 2000 and SQL Server 2005 databases.
