• control which reports are eligible for subscription
• bulk subscribe a group of users to specific reports
• control what output options are made available to end users
• distribute all instances or only instances created by a specific user or user group
• enforce mandatory subscription for specific users of specific reports

As well, users and user groups can set default destinations for themselves, then the administrator can use those defaults when they are added to subscriptions.
