.NET Framework has a built-in functions which allow to create, update and view multipage TIFF files. But this is not simple, you should make the following steps to add image to a TIFF file:

create a temporary TIFF file

read each image from multipage TIFF file and save them to a temporary file

add a new image to temporary file

replace multipage TIFF file by temporary TIFF file
