The XtraCharts Suite ships with 9 unique 2D chart views - from bars and pies to financial series. You can easily switch between views as needs dictate and combine several series within a single chart. To maximize readability and end-user satisfaction, we provide you with a set of additional elements that can be displayed within the chart - from callouts for each point to constant lines and stripes within the diagram area. Each view type or an individual visual element exposes a myriad of customization options so you have full control over the appearance and behavior of each and every point or line within your chart.

Like our other Visual Studio.NET component libraries, the XtraCharts Suite can be purchased with full source code (including design-time code). The suite ships with comprehensive documentation together with demo applications so you can hit the ground running and deliver stunning charts with your next Windows or ASP.NET application.

Bar Views
The XtraCharts Suite offers you a choice of three kinds of Bar Views:
Bar View
Stacked Bar View
100% Stacked Bar View

The following features are available for all types of Bar Views:
Rotated view - horizontal bars ( screenshot);
Automatically or manually specified bar width;
Automatic coloring of each individual bar in a series;
Customizable bar fill style and shadow.

Line Views
The XtraCharts Suite offers you the choice of two different line series views:
Line View
Step Line View

Line views have the same features as point views because they also display markers for each series point. Additionally, you can control the style and thickness of connector lines.

Pie View
The following Pie View settings allow you to modify the view as needed:
Height to width ratio;
The fraction of the chart area occupied by a pie;
Pie rotation angle.

Financial Series
For stock data analysis, the XtraCharts Suite offers you the following financial chart views:
Candle Stick View
Stock View

For both view types, you simply supply four values for each argument. These values specify the open, close, high and low rates. The appearance of each individual candle or stick depends not only on individual values but also on how these values are compared to each other. Financial views provide a different appearance for candles corresponding to rate decrease. You can customize the appearance of such elements manually.
