Requirement: Displaying a schedule of appointments for a team

Is there any code samples that will show me how to display a schedule of appointments for people in my team?

We are developing an online diary for our salesforce and I need a quick and easy way to create a summary of the appointments for the whole team over a range of dates. I guess a gantt chart format like MS Project would be about the best way to show it.

Obviously I could just write the code but I would like to be able to display this in a nice format quickly and I don't have the budget to spend days playing with it!
